With this workshop you will be presented a proven method of connecting with any “other”. You will learn to handle people they want to be handled, to speak to them in the way they are comfortable listening, to sell to people how they like to buy, to lead people in the ways which are comfortable for them to follow. It is all about getting your message across; getting the RESULTS you want! How to communicate effective, powerful and respectful with everyone.
True communication occurs when someone else understands your message and intent. But we are usually so concerned with WHAT (content) we are saying that we forget HOW we communicate (style).
More than 70% of all conflicts, arguments and miscommunications are results of people communicating in different styles (and not knowing it). Do you want to find out what your style of communication is and how to recognize other styles so YOU can IMPROVE your communication with everybody?
As it is most fun to do this training together with the person you communicate with most, we invite you to bring your partner, boss, employee or friend………
To make this training workable and most effective a minimum of 10 participants is necessary.
